Under the supervision of the local HR manager, your role will mainly consist of providing advice on labor relations and coaching managers in order to provide them with the tools necessary to achieve operational objectives.

  • Hybrid mode (remote and presence in the office) and flexible schedule;
  • 64 sick hours per year, paid if not used;
  • 15 days of vacation per calendar year;

  • Maintain healthy working relations with the union actor;
  • Advise management on disciplinary measures;
  • Conduct disciplinary/harassment investigations;
  • Support the HR team on a daily basis in the RT component;
  • Optimize processes/practices in place.


  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written (French and English);
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in labor relations;
  • Rigor, meticulousness, discretion and professionalism;
  • Good judgment, analytical mind and good organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Consent to a comprehensive security and reference check;
  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
