Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, your role will mainly consist of providing administrative support to the 4 human resources specialists, while offering quality customer service to employees.
Responsibilities:
• Produce various weekly and monthly HR reports and collaborate in the analysis of the information.
• Answering questions and administering special requests from employees. (e.g. letter of confirmation of employment, parental leave, change in bank information, etc.).
• Complete the administrative follow-up of sick leave and accommodation files.
• Entering data for daily absences reporting.
• Cover certain specialist functions during team vacations.
• Welcoming new employees with an orientation presentation.
• Filing and archiving various documents.
• All other related tasks.
Requirements:
• Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in administration, human resource management or other relevant field.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a unionized company.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database software.
• Bilingualism both oral and written (French/English). Qualities and skills required for this position
