A career in Mobile Guarding offers an exciting opportunity to provide a variety of security services as a part of what is essentially Securitas’ patrol division. As a Mobile Guarding patrol security guard, you have the unique responsibility of providing specialized security services to multiple different clients on every shift.
Here are a few examples of duties performed by Mobile Guarding patrol security guard:
Patrol Inspections – security guard check in at client sites at random but regimented times to perform patrol and perimeter inspections and/or open and close business premises.
Alarm Response – when an alarm system is triggered, a nearby Mobile Guarding security guard is dispatched to respond and take the best course of action, such as contact the appropriate authorities.
Employee Escorts – whether it’s a service technician in the field or an employee needing an escort to their car, Mobile Guarding security guard meet our clients to provide a safe environment for them.
Equipment Adjustments – security guard may be required to make minor adjustments to equipment and/or perform first line maintenance services. Special training is provided to all security guard that are asked to perform these services.
Real-Time Reporting – security guard record inspection results in real-time from the field via a tour reporting smartphone app.
