This position will report to both the Site Security Manager and Securitas Operations Manager. This position does not require a Security Guard License. Business attire and non-uniformed dress code.

Working under the supervision of the Security Manager, the Analyst will perform a variety of general administrative and clerical services. Duties of the Analyst position include providing support to the managers and department, assisting in daily office needs and managing our department’s general administrative activities.

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday 08:30 -17:00hrs. One hour lunch.

7.5 hours daily x 5 days = 37.5hours/weekly

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Administrative Assistant diploma or related diploma or degree or Post-Secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

• Demonstrated and significant front-line experience in working in an office environment;

• Must possess strong organization, evaluation and problem solving skills;

• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally;

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,; (Proficient in MS Excell and MS PowerPoint in

particular) Excellent keyboarding skills required.

• Knowledge of integrated computerized Access Control Security Systems and technologies. 

• Experience with a computerized business management software (preferably SAP).

• Excellent Customer Service skills and experience

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills required.  

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and detail-oriented skills.
